"I approached Clay back in April of 2019 about the prospect of selling my house. At the time the market wasn't quite where it needed to be and I needed to work on my house. I had met Clay through my family (he helped my brother buy his first house and helped my parents sell their old house and helped them find their current one). "We started entertaining the idea of buying a home late in 2020. The market is currently insane, with a lot of buyers because of low interest rates and not a lot of inventory.
